Melissa recently relocated to Atlanta from Telluride, Colorado. She grew up in eastern Pennsylvania and had a fascination with hair and makeup at an early age, constantly experimenting on her dolls or her younger sister. After college she proceeded to follow her passion and enroll in cosmetology school at Metro Beauty Academy in 2007. Since then she has worked at top salons in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Colorado.
Three years ago, Melissa was offered the opportunity to move to Telluride, Colorado in order to develop and launch a salon at The Madeline Hotel and Residences. Six months into her Telluride adventure, she met her future husband, an Atlanta native. They married in Dahlonega, Georgia in November of 2016 and following a honeymoon in Thailand, moved to Grant Park in December 2016. Once settled in Atlanta, Melissa sought out Alex, having met him in 2012 at a Wella show in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Melissa specializes in Men’s cuts, highlights, and color correction.
Melissa is also DevaCurl certified and has done Reese Witherspoon’s hair for her Wild premiere and Bobbi Brown’s hair.
Originally from Ukraine, Tina’s heart always belonged in the art world ever since her early childhood. She got her B.A. from the college of Art & Theatre in 2010 and has always had passion for hair. She continued her education at “Nadezhda Perina Hair Studio School”, who is a member of the Intrecoiffure and has worked as a top hair stylist at her salon.
Tina has done numerous photoshoots and hair for “Miss Ukraine”. She moved to USA in 2015 and is beyond happy to be a part of our salon family. Tina specializes in hair cutting and can cut hair all day every day!
As a master cosmetologist Crystal’s purpose is to make people feel good about themselves; to boost their confidence and self worth by helping them look beautiful. She believes if you look good and feel good, you can do great things. Really, all Crystal wants to do is change the world!
A graduate of the Aveda Institute of Atlanta, Crystal has been styling hair since she was 13 years-old. Her trademark is special occasion hair, such as weddings, proms, and other formal events. Crystal placed 2nd in the Battle of the Schools Competition at the Bronner Brother’s Hair Show in 2015.
Crystal’s personal style is a unique blend of new and old trends, she likes to get creative and switch it up. This is true in her work as a stylist, too. Crystal believes helping people redefine their image is an important part of what she does. An avid volunteer Crystal has donated her time and skills to Job Corp, the Shepherd Center, Dinner for Divas, and fashion shows at Clark University.
She credits her determination to be the best person she can be and her desire to help women feel strong and beautiful as part of the reason she is where she is today. The other part – her children, every day they teach her how to stay motivated and go for it!
Brittany began her career over seven years ago, training with Vidal Sassoon and many other top brands. While living in New York she auditioned and became a brand educator with Wella Professionals. She trained with numerous top artists and has enjoyed helping other professionals take their knowledge and technique to the next level. Brittany’s passion is providing guests with hair color that illuminates the beauty within and elevating the salon experience.
Brittany specializes in custom tailored hair color and blonding. Her style is effortless and lived in color.
As an Atlanta native, Marie has always had passion for hair and fashion since the very young age. Although she tried a few different careers, her passion always led her back to hair. After graduating from he Aveda Institute Atlanta, she competed in the Bronner Brothers Battle of the Schools where she created futuristic hairstyles at Clark Atlanta’s Fashion Show. Marie continued to participate in many different events such as Style South in Buckhead, Dinner for Divas, and other functions for the United Way.
Marie loves all things hair, but specializes in extensions, cutting, and creating textured curls and waves. Her day is made when she colors and braids.
